Skills You Need
The most important skill you need is hospitality. A Guest Experience Lead, or GEL for short, must go above and beyond to provide outstanding service to every guest. GEL's must enjoy social situations and feel comfortable talking with all types of guests and come to work dressed to impress. Because guests enjoy different types of experiences, GEL's must read people accurately and adapt their own interactions accordingly. Maintaining self control during stressful or difficult situations is also critical. GEL's must take initiative to solve guests' problem and decide on a course of action.
Common Tasks
o Welcome guests to the restaurant, smile and face them as they approach. Possibly open the door for the guest.
o Listen for opportunities to help guests - anticipate needs - create an inviting atmosphere.
o Being familiar with the menu and the NEW technology we will have and assisting the guests with their kiosk ordering.
o Maintain dining area cleanliness and communicate with the Manager in Charge on those needs.
o Solve guests' problems as they arise
o Ask every guest how they enjoyed their visit and invite them back soon

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster.
