- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the bar, ensuring smooth and efficient service - Manage and train bar staff, including bartenders and servers - Develop and maintain a high level of customer service standards - Create and update drink menus, ensuring a variety of options to cater to different tastes - Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed - Handle cash handling responsibilities, including cash register operations and reconciling cash drawers - Coordinate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders for customers - Plan and organize special events, banquets, and catering services - Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to health and safety regulations - Stay updated on industry trends and implement new ideas to enhance the bar's offerings
Qualifications:
