- Candidates must be self-motivated - Strong customer service skills - Excellent time management - Ability to work independently Responsibilities Include, but are not limited to:
Operations/Service - Develop and monitor effective workflow, policies and procedures - Monitor agency performance, growth and productivity - Address customer concerns to ensure quality customer service - Ensure compliance with all insurance industry regulations and company policies Sales and Business Development (growth) - Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve branch sales goals and revenue targets.
- Identify additional opportunities to protect the customer investments and minimize their risk.
- Prospect and acquire new clients through various marketing and networking efforts.
