Office Manager MainelyPest is a Veazie, ME-based, privately-owned, family-owned company that provides a range of services to the home care industry.
We are currently seeking an Assistant Office Manager to join our team.
The Assistant Office Manager will be responsible for assisting with the overall management of the office.
This position will be responsible for the following:
Answer phones Answer emails Maintain contact lists and database Assist with sales Assisting with all administrative functions, such as filing, copying, scanning, etc.
Assist with marketing and public relations efforts to increase company visibility Maintain a safe and clean work environment by complying with health, safety, and hygiene standards Other duties as assigned (will be assigned by the Owner and Office Manager)
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess the following
Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role preferred but not required.
Must have excellent communication skills.
Must have basic knowledge in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) with the ability to quickly learn other software programs.
