YOUR NEW ROLE AS A PROGRAM COORDINATOR You play a crucial role in partnering with the regional director to lead a dynamic team that's all about achieving outstanding results while meeting individual needs.
As part of your responsibilities, you effectively manage and assign roles to a site supervisor, making sure everyone is well-versed in agency policies.
Plus, you utilize data from Fedcap CARES to strategically plan daily tasks and set long-term objectives for the site.
With your sharp analytical skills, you're able to identify areas for improvement by analyzing site metrics.
You also conduct monthly case reviews to ensure compliance and take charge of hiring, orientation, and training for new employees.
Your role extends beyond the numbers.
You create a supportive environment through clear communication, coaching, and regular supervision, addressing any concerns that could potentially impact operations.
You also coordinate site operations, handle both participant and staff concerns, and manage calendars and PTO requests.
By doing so, you show just how dedicated you are to the success of our nonprofit! REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's degree or higher education or equivalent experience Valid driver's license Demonstrated track record for building and developing community partnerships Program management and supervisory experience is preferred but not required.
Non-profit experience would be a plus.
