We're looking to hire a customer service oriented person, with great organizational skills to handle our front-end daily tasks.
The right person will have exceptional communication skills, and be willing to learn our processes.
This position will work closely with the owner and the detailing staff, to create an atmosphere where our clients feel as our top priority (because they are!).
This person will hold near and dear our values; Quality, Passion, Teamwork.
Tasks include but are not limited to; Answering the calls.
Returning missed calls in a timely manner.
Scheduling jobs and ensuring scheduled jobs are completed in the scheduled time.
Pre-work and post-detail inspection of vehicles.
Communication with staff and customers.
Communication with the owner on daily goals and tasks.
Assisting the owner in business growth and handling of the Maine location, etc Job Type:

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
