Duties include ensuring timely cleaning and restocking of all plates and cookware during service hours, light prep work (including chopping, spiralizing, and some prepping of mix batches), and ensuring overall cleanliness of the dish area- as well as ensuring the proper closing of the dish area at the end of service.
Your schedule would be 2pm-close, roughly around 9:
30-10pm depending on service.
Position opens up June 2nd , 2023.
The dishwasher reports directly to the Kitchen Manager over the course of the day in regards to duties.

We opened our doors to the public in August 2009, but our roots in the Greater Bangor Area date back to early 2000! We offer take-out and dine-in, as well as take reservations.
Patrons may dine at the sushi bar, a regular floor table, or our unique tatami-like style tables which have raised cushions for seating! Job Type:
